Celebrities' worst remarks about love and heartbreak

As with all things, there is always someone who isn’t a fan, or maybe just slightly bitter over some failed romance. Celebrities aren’t an exception and, as such, they’ve been taking to social media to express their feelings on the subject of love. Dakota Johnson, Drake, Taylor Swift, and Dennis Quaid are just a few of the celebrities who had less than uplifting things to say on matters of the heart. If you’d like a change from the soppy comments of the love-drunk or you sympathize with those who are less impressed with the theme, click on the following gallery for some of the saddest love remarks stars have shared. Actors who look like their real-life character

Many historical figures have been given new life onscreen by some of Hollywood’s most talented actors. From Marilyn Monroe to Albert Einstein, these figures' influence will be felt, and embodied, for generations to come. While many actors have had to undergo a huge physical transformation to fully embody a character, there are also quite a few actors who are lucky enough to show an uncanny resemblance to the character they’re portraying. It’s a blessing for the production, but it also adds so much to their performance. In 2022, ‘Inventing Anna’ and 'Ozark' star Julia Garner landed the role of pop icon Madonna in Universal Pictures' biopic after a grueling 16-week-long singing and dancing boot camp where she bested fellow attendees, which reportedly included Florence Pugh, Alexa Demie, Odessa Young, and Bebe Rexha. It would have certainly been a career-making role as Madonna herself was set to serve as director for the film, which would cover her early days trying to make it in the industry. But the film is no longer moving ahead. The news comes alongside Madonna's recent video announcement of a "Celebration Tour," which would be a believable reason to stop the film, except that an insider told Page Six that the singer and Universal actually had a fallout over the script. “Basically, they don’t like it,” the insider said of the studio. “They want it to be pop and light. Madonna wants something much grittier, and it’s come to a stalemate. She’d rather go to another studio than change the script. She still wants to make the film, but will now look at it again after the tour,” the insider continued. “She’s keeping the same writers, but is aware that she might have to recast if the actors aren’t available.” Garner is an in-demand actress, but only time will tell if she'll take up the role when Madonna is ready. Check out this gallery to see side-by-side photos of other actors who look strikingly similar to the people they played on screen.

Real Celeb Names You Probably Don't Know

So THAT'S how John Legend got his name. A lot can be said with a name—especially in Hollywood. Choosing the right one could potentially make or break a career in showbiz. It'll either help fans easily remember you or could result in you blending in with the crowd. Opt for something too complicated and people might not be able to pronounce it, which could mean trouble come awards season. It's not as simple of a decision as you'd think! For that reason, stars put a lot of thought into the choice. One of the biggest trends is going by a middle name. Maybe it sounds better (Meghan Markle does have a nice ring to it!), or perhaps it's just more unique (there's no denying Ashton Kutcher is more memorable than Christopher Kutcher). Other celebrities choose something more sentimental, like paying tribute to a late family member or honoring a mother or grandmother's maiden name. And when all else fails, a childhood nickname does the trick (we're looking at you, Miley). From royals to Grammy-winning singers and everyone in between, your favorite star's real name might surprise you. Learn all about how celebrities like Reese Witherspoon, Olivia Wilde, Katy Perry, and others ended up being called what you know them as today.

Actors who stayed in touch with their child co-stars

When two actors spend month after month working together on a project, they inevitably form a strong bond (or a strong dislike for each other...). When one actor is an adult and the other is a child, the relationship is even more significant. Many stars have taken their young co-stars under their wings and even started to see them like one of their own children. The relationship doesn't end once the film or show's in the can either. In fact, some actors have kept in touch with their younger co-stars for decades. In many cases, these friendships were integral for the young actors as they grew up in the spotlight. For those who went on to become successful actors in their adulthood, they had the ultimate mentors who truly cared about their well-being and success. Click through this gallery to see the heartwarming stories of actors who formed strong connections with junior child co-stars, and stayed in touch long after the cameras stopped rolling.

'Yellowstone' Fans, We Found Your Next Favorite Shows

We know what we're doing this weekend... Yellowstone was the most-watched show on TV last year, and for good reason. The Dutton family drama truly has it all, from drama to action to romance. And we can't get enough of that gorgeous Montana setting. But if there's one thing the show doesn't have, it's enough episodes to keep us occupied! And even though season 5 came back on November 13 with a whopping 14 episodes, we still are left wanting more. That's where this list comes in! We rounded up 20 shows worth watching if Yellowstone left you yearning for more family drama. Where some of the shows portray the same Wild West ideals (hello, Deadwood and Longmire), others (like The Sopranos and Sons of Anarchy) hone in on the crime and family drama aspects that Yellowstone viewers have come to know, love, and expect with each episode. The good news? All of these shows are available to stream online through apps like HBO Max, Netflix, Paramount+, Prime Video, and Hulu. Now, as we wait for November 13, the only question is which show will fill the void?
